Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long will it be until my delivery arrives?

We attempt to have your food delivered to you in about an hour. We understand your hunger and you would like it as soon as possible. However, we can not control certain factors, despite our best efforts. These factors may include the time of day, weather, traffic, high volume of Express Delivery orders being handled by the restaurant, and the distance from the restaurant to the point of delivery. All of these factors may add time to your estimated time.

2. What are your hours of operation?

Our service is available Monday - Saturday, from 11AM to 11PM and Sunday from 11AM to 9:30 PM

3. How do I place an order online?

Select your zip code
Select the date and time you want the food and click 'Continue to Restaurants'
Click on the restaurant you want to order from
Select the Menu Heading from the left side of the screen (Appetizers, Sandwiches, ect)
Add menu items, by clicking on each item then selecting the 'Add Item' button
Note: When you add an item, it will display on the right side of your screen
Once you are done ordering, click the 'View Order' button below your order summary on the right side of the screen.
Review your Order
Click 'Continue to Checkout' in the lower right portion of the screen
If you do not have an account, you will need to create on at this time.
If you have an account, select the delivery address
Review your order and click 'Place Order'
Enter your credit card or debit card information
Now you're done!

4. How do I place an order over the phone?

The easiest way to place an order is to do it online. If you are having trouble placing your order you can reach us at 423-833-4331 or send an email to foodfrenzydelivery@gmail.com Please keep in mind that we have a $1.99 telephone order fee.

5. How should I tip the driver? 

You may choose one of the quick tips in the checkout screen, all of which can be modified up or down. Our drivers work hard to make sure that your order is delivered to you hot and fresh and on-time, while maintaining the highest safety standards.

However, if you prefer to personally hand our drivers their tip in cash, you may feel free to do so.  

6. Can I cancel an order?

Sometimes. Orders can ONLY be cancelled BEFORE we send the order to the restaurant. Once the restaurant has the order, we can not cancel the order.

7. What if the restaurant is out of any item that I have selected for my order?

This doesn't happen often, but if the restaurant is out of your item we will contact you to discuss a substitute for the item.
